Office 365 training gives online retail giant, Chain Reaction Cycles an increase in productivity and software uptake.
Chain Reaction Cycles was established in 1985 and has grown from a small family-owned bike shop to one of the world’s biggest online store for your cycling needs. They deliver a world class shopping experience to cyclists around the globe.
Requirement:
Chain Reaction Cycles procured Office365 under a Microsoft Group agreement intended to be rolled out across the business in Northern Ireland.
The IT department were tasked with the deployment and onboarding of Office365 across 200+ users of varied job roles. In order to make the most out of their investment in Office365 Chain Reaction Cycles required a local NI partner to train their staff in the technology. Leaf were recommended to Chain Reaction Cycles by Microsoft to provide them with a training solution.
Leaf spent time on site in order to understand how Office365 was to be used within the organisation by the various employee departments. This allowed Leaf to design a bespoke training plan.
The training took place over a period of 3 months, across 3 company locations. 200+ staff undertook the training which took place in a classroom environment.

On completion of the training schedule Chain Reaction Cycles had 200+ staff that were trained on Office365 which has led to greater productivity, faster uptake of benefits of the software.
