Chain Reaction Cycles: A Partnership.

Chain Reaction Cycles was established in 1985 and has grown from a small family-owned bike shop to one of the world’s biggest online stores for your cycling needs.  In order to deliver a world-class shopping experience to cyclists around the globe, Chain Reaction needed to create efficiency in their digital processes.

Challenges.

In light of this, Chain Reaction Cycles procured Office 365 under a Microsoft Group agreement and they intended to roll it out in their NI branches. This meant, over 200+ users, in varied job roles, required onboarding and as a company, Chain Reaction wanted to maximise the capability of Office 365.

Upon the recommendation of Microsoft, Leaf set out to tailor an Office 365 adoption strategy, specific to Chain Reaction Cycles.

Training took place over a period of 3 months, across 3 company locations. 200+ staff undertook the training which took place in a classroom environment.

  • OneDrive for Business
  • Live Demo of Office365 in use

Results.

On completion of the training schedule Chain Reaction Cycles had 200+ staff that were trained on Office365 which has led to greater productivity, and an overall process efficiency.
