Using Dynamics 365 Leaf created a central system that holds all details for each order on the same page, allowing users to generate a document with all necessary details available. Users can generate a customer invoice with details of all products purchased and full details of the funeral. This allows for a streamlined process.
Moving away from a paper-based system has allowed a more streamlined process, more efficient work and better communication internally. Dynamics 365 allows Melville Morgan to get a better insight into the services they provide by producing meaningful views and charts, allowing them to identify any areas of opportunity or any weaknesses.
